BURKERT帶伺服活塞電磁閥的要求1.換向:在規(guī)定的工作條件下,電磁閥通電后能否可靠地?fù)Q向,斷電后能否可靠地復(fù)位。2.壓力損失:電控?fù)Q向閥的壓力損失由液流流過(guò)電控?fù)Q向閥的閥口時(shí)產(chǎn)生的流動(dòng)損失和節(jié)流損失組成。3.內(nèi)泄露量:電控?fù)Q向閥的內(nèi)泄露量是指在規(guī)定的工作條件下,處于各個(gè)不同工作位置時(shí),從高壓腔到低壓腔的泄露量。4.換向和復(fù)位時(shí)間:從電控鐵通電到閥芯換向終止所需要的時(shí)間,復(fù)位時(shí)間是指從電磁斷電到閥芯回復(fù)到初始位置所需要的時(shí)間。5.換向頻率:在單位時(shí)間內(nèi)所允許的zui大換向次數(shù) 6.使用壽命:電磁閥使用到主要零部件損壞,不能進(jìn)行正常的換向和復(fù)位動(dòng)作,或者使用到其主要指標(biāo)明顯惡化超過(guò)了規(guī)定指標(biāo)所經(jīng)歷的換向次數(shù)。BURKERT帶伺服活塞電磁閥的工作原理,電磁閥里有密閉的腔,在的不同位置開(kāi)有通孔,每個(gè)孔都通向不同的油管,腔中間是閥,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會(huì)被吸引到哪邊,通過(guò)控制閥體的移動(dòng)來(lái)檔住或漏出不同的排油的孔,而進(jìn)油孔是常開(kāi)的,液壓油就會(huì)進(jìn)入不同的排油管,然后通過(guò)油的壓力來(lái)推動(dòng)油剛的活塞,活塞又帶動(dòng)活塞桿,活塞竿帶動(dòng)機(jī)械裝置動(dòng)。這樣通過(guò)控制電磁鐵的電流就控制了機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)??v觀國(guó)內(nèi)外電磁閥,到目前為止,從動(dòng)作方式上可分為三大類(lèi)即:直動(dòng)式、反沖式、導(dǎo)式,而從閥瓣結(jié)構(gòu)和材料上的不同以及原理上的區(qū)別反沖式又可分為:
